Colleen Hershey, a Blue Ridge Farm Instructor was born addicted to horses. Colleen began riding in 1978 and was fortunate to have had the opportunity early on in her training to ride under the tutelage of Jeffrey Taylor. Colleen has competed through training level Eventing and has brought along many young horses over the years. She is the mother of two teenage girls, Caitlin and Kelly. Kelly shares her passion and has been a student at Blue Ridge Farm for several years. Colleen is also deeply involved with the Avon Lake Marching Band where both of her daughters are in the color guard.
